We couldn't be happier with out new JCraft home. We'd build with them again tomorrow if we didn't love our home so much--JCraft made the entire process easy and fun. From the start, they took the time to understand what we wanted and what was important to us. They helped us make decisions, offered their expert advice when asked, and were always willing to answer our questions. Brian was great to communicate with, always returned our calls or emails quickly, and most importantly was honest and straightforward. I can't recommend Jcraft enough. Great experience from day one. They do a great job communicating through the process, always extremely responsive to help resolve any concerns along the way They truly care about the finished product and we're super happy with our new home.

We loved working with the JCraft team. All of them were professional. They were always extremely helpful, quick to respond and answer any questions we had. They always listened and made us feel comfortable in the process. Their work and attention to detail is also second to none. They truly care about their customers and the finished product.
