All staff are pleasant and helpful! I was notified when a tech was coming to my home via text and email, along with their name. The installers were neat and picked up each day. Unfortunately my condenser wasn't working properly. However, CTR was diligent in determining the cause, seeking out the Bosch tech person.CTR let me know the status of progress and the problem was fixed within a short time period. I really appreciated the communication from this company! And, I really like my minisplits:)

The installation crew lead by Marcial were great to work with and kept me informed of the progress every few hours. They worked hard to make sure we had the installation of one furnace and two air conditioning units installed in a couple of days. We had new air conditioning the same day they removed the old units at our home.
