I have been looking for a fun way to get some exercise and was looking for some fun people to spend time with as a newbie to Utah. I found exactly what I was searching for at Pilates for Everyone. The first time you meet Tiffany, the owner, you are instantly placed at ease. She works with you at your level and makes sure you feel confident and comfortable. She is warm, friendly, inviting, and just all around amazing. I started my first classes last week and found that Tiffany's warmth spreads throughout her company into the classes taught by her other amazing staff. I’ve been going to classes here for a few weeks now and it has been such a great experience. Pilates was life in my teen and young adult years, but after becoming a mom, I’ve had less time for myself. So getting back into Pilates after years away was daunting. But I have felt welcomed from day one. The instructors are sure to make modifications if people specify injuries. They are also ready to talk you through the mechanics of each exercise so you can get the most out of your class and effort.I’ve been in class with people twice my age and half my age. New to pilates & Tiffany has been AMAZING!! She walks me through the moves and makes sure I am doing it correctly. Hands down my favorite workout for sure and would recommend to everyone. Love the vibe and everyone who I have met along the way.
