Always a great experience. I only take away one star because their check-in app is terrible. You can't really tell how long you have to wait because it doesn't account for the "First Available" wait list customers. They could fix this by simply immediately throwing the "First Available" customers onto a specific stylist's list. Then, you'd know how long you have to wait for your preferred stylist. As it stands, the app may tell you there's a 20 minutes wait when there's really a 1 hour wait because of the "First Available" customers checked in ahead of you. I've been going to Sports Clips for years, mainly for convenience. Like any convenient place, the main selling point is convenince, maybe not exactly quality. That was my expectation whenever I went. Several months ago I found myself at this (Sandy) location. I had someone cut my hair and it was their first week or two working at that location. The attendant did a great job, but what struck me was the manager (Kristee) came to make sure things were okay before the cut was done. This is such a great location! Always clean and relaxed environment, and professional service. Hollyn gave me a phenomenal haircut, and she was also so friendly and kind. She is an amazing employee!
