I can’t say enough good things about Alicia at Utah Prenatal Yoga! I started attending her classes around my second trimester (wish I had started even earlier), and these classes were such a vital part of my pregnancy journey. Alicia is a fantastic instructor and incredibly personable. No matter the class size, she sees and hears the struggles of moms and moms-to be! She provides personalized feedback and suggests appropriate modifications every session. She caters to all ability levels, so every class feels really inclusive.

So much good coming out of this studio! Alicia has cultivated a space that is inclusive and so supportive of everyone’s individual journey. It is much more than a yoga class. She really gets to know everyone and has a way of meeting you exactly where you are on your mat and encourages a sense of grounding and connection to yourself and those around you through such an intimate shared life experience. I’ve always been very solitary in my yoga practice but this class fostered community in such a natural way and I made an amazing mom friend in the process! Alicia is so kind and attentive and knowledgeable. It’s easy to trust her and come to her with questions. She makes the environment comfortable for everyone. Besides, it’s just cute to be in a room full of pregnant ladies ;)
