Had to call Glacier Plumbing last week when my water heater decided to quit on me. Austin showed up right on time and honestly, what a relief to finally work with someone who actually knows what they’re doing. Guy figured out the problem pretty quick and didn’t try to oversell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. He was super cool about explaining what went wrong and how he was gonna fix it - didn’t talk down to me or anything like that. Got everything sorted way faster than I expected and even cleaned up the mess afterwards. You don’t see that kind of service much anymore. I am so happy I found Glacier Plumbing and Hydronics to replace my leaking water softener! I am particularly impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly my technician Jackson was.
