I have been consistently active in the gym for the past 15 years, with a strong focus on bodybuilding. During that time, I have had countless massages, some better than others, but I never truly believed immediate pain relief was possible from a single session.
Before we started, I pointed out a few areas that were bothering me and mentioned an old knee injury that had been causing ongoing issues. Honestly, I did not think the knee pain was something that could be addressed. I’ve had many massages over the years, but none quite like the ones I get from Limhi. He is truly in a league of his own—highly trained across multiple disciplines and incredibly intuitive. He seems to know exactly what your body needs, often picking up on things I didn’t even realize were tight or out of alignment.
From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel completely at ease—his calming presence and professionalism create a space where you can truly relax and let go. Every session leaves me feeling recharged, more aligned, and just… better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and his clients.

Limhi is really great at what he does! I haven't been able to find a better sports/deep tissue massage in SLC and highly recommend him for regular maintenance or working out injuries and stubborn trouble areas.
