I have been consistently active in the gym for the past 15 years, with a strong focus on bodybuilding. During that time, I have had countless massages, some better than others, but I never truly believed immediate pain relief was possible from a single session.

I know some people may look at the price of a 90 minute massage and think it is on the high end. After my experience, I can confidently say that is exactly where it should be. You get what you pay for. Limhi knows his worth and has priced his services accordingly. This is not just a massage. It is an investment in your health, mobility, and quality of life.

Limhi is really great at what he does! I haven't been able to find a better sports/deep tissue massage in SLC and highly recommend him for regular maintenance or working out injuries and stubborn trouble areas.

I have been coming to Limhi for years now and he is truly the most gifted therapist using many techniques guided by his expansive knowledge and keen intuition. Working through old injuries to regain mobility and strength is difficult to say the least but his approach yields such dramatic improvements with each visit I am inspired to continue the process with my own efforts and return to Limhi often for continued support His calm manner makes every visit a pleasure, highly recommended
