They show up on time and have pride in their work. One technician found and fixed a problem with a furnace resetting randomly. Another gave great info and suggested a rebuild instead of a replacement, which cost much less. A technician brought a water tester, discovered a needed membrane change, explained the reasoning, and also replaced an air pressure tank. The company has been undergoing some massive changes lately but seems to be on the upswing now. Customers sometimes have the same technician, who remembers the work done previously.
