Jones Heating and AC is an outstanding company! From start to finish, Cole, Stryder, and Rob provided exceptional service.
Our home is nearly 100 years old and has seen its share of questionable repairs and installations over the years. We were understandably concerned about being oversold, overcharged, or pressured into services we didn't actually need. The next day, Tuesday, Jeff's team (Stryder, Trace, and Robert) came and were able to replace both the furnace and the A/C unit...in one day. I have not heard of a turnaround that quick for such a job. Not only were they able to replace both the furnace and A/C units but they did it to a higher… read full review
