Jesse and Erik seriously saved the day! I was dealing with a literal shit show, and they came in so quickly and gave me a camera inspection They were incredibly honest, helpful, professional, and made a stressful situation SO much easier. The pricing was also extremely reasonable, I’m so grateful I found them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
This is the second time I've had Mr. Rooter come out for a plumbing issue and once again they've saved the day! I set up an inquiry at around 7am, they called me back about 20 minutes later, I explained the issue and they were able to send Eric out to my house by noon (they did offer 9am, but I was unavailable).
Eric and his partner were able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain the problem, and provided an estimate. I also asked about some other things that I wanted to have done and they wrote up a total of 6 different estimates, providing me with tons of options clearly laid out that helped me decide how to move forward.

Reach reached out to this company. They have a live person answering the phone. No AI bot.! They were able to come the next day. Provided a bid via email, perform the work needed. We had other work going on at the house which caused the gas line to turn off the hot water heater, and these guys came back the very next day and turned on the water heater for us! Reach out to them with any plumbing or electrical needs. They are the best.
