Cover Safe’s Service Technicians Pat and Mike, from the Havertown, PA Office, were very thorough with their repair of our small pool cover split. They took the time to explain what was done & to make certain I understood. Both Pat & Mike performed an annual preventative maintenance service earlier this year with the same amount of attention to detail, technical expertise and attention to customer service satisfaction. We’ve been using them for 7 years and have yearly maintenance for our cover. They are prompt and on time. Our tech today, Robert Fannin, was professional and courteous. He did an amazing job cleaning out cover and doing the maintenance needed. Even cleaned our pool pump for us because it was running continuously. Even though that didn’t work, and chances are we just need a new one, he went out of his way to do try to fix it. Thanks Robert! Katie, the coordinator set everything up smoothly for our scheduled maintenance day today. I didn’t have to call and schedule which was great. Once we paid our yearly maintenance fee, she emailed a confirmation of appt day and also communicated with me prior to Robert arriving today, regarding extra requests I had asked for. Thank yall!
