I was going to write a bad review, but two great individuals helped my situation. Julie Babb and Donna (don't have a last name). They were great. It was an invoice issue that they took action and corrected. Sometimes it is better to work with the 'boots-on-the-ground' team instead of the Managers. Thanks Julie and Donna.
Replaced my pool cover. Even though it was a blizzard and snowing they got it done. There was an issue with the cover and they stayed hours longer to fix everything so I wouldn't be without a cover overnight. Definitely went above and beyond.
There guys are very good at what they do and I highly recommend them. But I was disappointed in having to pay them again to come out after I paid them to service the cover early this year, and the issue was not a broken part but a lubrication issue that should of been address in the service they performed earlier.
