Lay on a Monday evening. Locked the keys in my car. When I called them they said they were able to come out right away and gave me no running around at all. He showed up and showed how many years of experience he has. So happy this is the company I went with. Matt is the best tech that I have worked with ever.
My husband called in for a tech to come reprogram a keypad and have a key made for a home lock. Yakir came out, seemed to mostly know what he was doing. 30 minutes later he was able to have the key made for the lock, but said the keypad lock would need the previous door code as the factory default one in the panel cover instructions didn’t work. I’d think he could program it back to factory default setting, if he’s so qualified. He was trying to get us to get more work done than we asked for. We only asked for one lock to be done, he wanted to do 2 others, too, but we had to tell him twice just the one we asked for. In the end, and $189 later, we have the...read full review
They did great work! Very professional and they definitely value their customers time. Prices were pretty reasonable. Korey is the guy that came out and made my key. He was quick, convenient, and very knowledgeable in what he does. I would definitely recommend their services!
