Customer service was great! My technician was friendly and the quoted price was reasonable. I needed a new key for my car after the shaft on my key cracked. My tech went above and beyond. He wasn’t able to get my car to connect to his equipment to program a new key, but he had the parts to fix my old key. Because he wasn’t able to give me a new key, he didn’t charge me for the service. Still totally fixed the problem and wouldn’t accept any payment. I will absolutely use this locksmith again if and when needed!
