Awesome customer service! I have been a customer for 20 years. They're always able to help me with my lock and key needs. They are also professional automotive locksmiths. So if you need a remote or keys with chips they can do it. :)
P.S. All of the negative reviews, are because of locksmith scammers!
Unfortunately they name themselves after every city. so Orem locksmith Service gets mistaken as one of them. Orem Locksmith Service has a physical location and when you call you actually speak to a technician not some call center. Be careful, there's a lot of fake locksmiths out there! And they will charge you an arm and a leg, they will quote you a cheap price on the phone, but when they get done with job they give you a huge bill. :( Almost all of the time they end up screwing up your locks or your car, depending on what they're making keys to or unlocking. Unfortunately, I have fallen for one of them once, thinking I was contacting Orem Locksmith Service. luckily I was able to void my credit card charge.
And if you try to cancel with them, they will call you over and over again and leave you a million messages. So like I said, just be careful! Make sure you've got the real Orem Locksmith Service, at 279 North State Street in Orem. Phone number 801-224-3283. They have been in business since 1985. Hope my review helps your decision on using Orem Locksmith Service.

Great Service! Great Price!
They were fast making us a second key and fob for our car. They got it done in 15 minutes at the store, the key and the fob worked great, and their price beat other quotes we got!
They also gave me the extra test key they cut for free (plain key no chip so it would work on the car door but not the ignition), nice to have an extra key to get in the car in case of lock out. Happy with the service!
