“Nick did a great job fixing our very old AC unit. He didn’t attempt to upsell us on a new unit, but was very candid about the expected lifespan of our current one. He got the old one working so we can get some more mileage out of it, while budgeting for a new one. The first call we make for an estimate will be to Black Diamond HVAC.”
“Kobe was polite and thorough in explaining the work to be done on our hvac system, to maximize performance. He was diligent in making sure the job was completed properly, and in a timely manner; exactly as planned. I am very satisfied with his friendly and professional service today!”
