I went to their 9:15 candlelight yoga class and had a great time. The instructor did a fantastic job making my friends and I feel comfortable, guided us on how to best hold poses, all while maintaining professional boundaries and respecting our space. A great place to go if you want to get better at yoga!

I LOVE this place. I have tried multiple yoga studios and this is by far my favorite. There’s a good variety of people and skill levels mixed in so I never feel out of place wherever I am in my practice. The teachers are very skilled and kind and make everyone feel welcome while also giving plenty of opportunity to try new things and get more advanced.

I love this studio and the teachers here are amazing! Ive been practicing for a couple of years and still learn something new all the time. I owe the credit to some of my deepest postures to this studio!
