Ryan and his team did a great job with our new roof and gutter guards. He was responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely our go to guy for any roofing issues.

Keith and the team were great. They showed up when they said they would, did good, honest, fast work, and were well-priced for the quality. Keith's estimate was literally 20k lower than the next closest quote I had, and he even came in under budget when all was said and done. This is probably the last honest contractor out there. Quality was top-notch: we used Hardie board and had it custom-painted and installed. there were only a few minor issues that we found at completion, and Utah Roofing was back at my house the next day doing touch-ups and adjustments and walking through with me. Prompt and courteous. Prices seemed fair although we didn’t price shop. Hopefully the heat tape they installed on the metal roof and the sealant they applied at joints will solve our ice dam interior leak issue.Time will tell. We will repost if we have any issues in the future…
