Bair Heating and Air installed my heating and air system in 2019. I had been out of town for a few weeks and came back to find my home at 83 degrees. I always turn the thermostat to 78 in the summer when I leave so I was confused. I turned the thermostat to 74 but nothing happened!! My daughter happened by and she tried various settings as well. Finally about 4:30pm Friday afternoon I called Doug Bair. About 6:30pm, jooafter hours on a Friday night Doug returned my call. He walked me through circuit breakers etc. he had me go to the basement and look for a read light at the bottom of the unit…. No light!! He then told me to look for a switch, found it, turned it on and immediately it started working!!!I thought this was amazing service especially on a Friday evening after hours!!!! Thanks so much Doug!!! You cooled me right off!!!!Services: Heating system installation
