Super cool little shop with incredible vibes. I got my septum pierced by Dylan, and it was incredibly quick and straightforward. The space itself and all processes were very clean and sterilized. I was in and out of the shop in about 15 minutes, and was given saline solution and a good walkthrough for aftercare. All in all, this shop seems very professional and safe, as well as just a cool space with cool artists. I will definitely be coming back for my next piercing and maybe a couple tattoos :)
Sent them a message to see if I could get in same day. Said I could come in an hour and they would be available. Walked in and was instantly greeted by the staff, told them what I wanted to do, provided advice for what I was looking to do in the future, and what they can help with. Clear communication of what they were doing and what they will be doing. Pricing was great, absolutely recommended them to other getting pierced or tattooed.
I went there twice in the same week, for a tattoo and a piercing. I love the business itself, it was just an issue I had with a worker. (who later apologized deeply-more below)
My tattoo artist was Sami Hatch, she gave me a beautiful tattoo. Downside I had with her was professionalism, I set up an appointment weeks in advance. I arrived to my appointment a little early and signed in, she arrived 30 minutes after my appointment time and went to set up, and didn't apologize for her lateness.
