When I first walked into the shop, we were quickly notified that their piercer (Brett) wouldn’t be back for almost a week. I was happy to wait and wasn’t expecting a message from him until the day I was told he’d be back. He messaged me a couple days later while on his vacation, which I thought was awesome. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted. He was super nice, hilarious, and informative. Everything was clean and super professional yet down to earth and I felt very comfortable.
