They gave me the wrong prescription multiple times and it cost me a lot of money. My experience was very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend going here alone as a woman, or at all to be honest
Made an appointment online six days before date of appointment. I received three emails that said my appointment was requested. Went to appointment today and was told I wasn’t scheduled. When I showed the receptionist my email, she said “oh it has only been requested.” I told her I made the appointment six days ago, when do they notify you if you really have the appointment! She told me she doesn’t know why it got LOST in the system. WILL NOT RETURN!!
Do not go here for more than a prescription. The staff is pleasant and the trial contacts are great. It's been 5 months waiting to get my order for new contacts in. Went in yesterday. They don't have any trial contacts left. After asking about the delay I was informed it is unknown when the order would be filled.
