Dr. Jepson is always professional and doesn't push you into purchasing things you don't want. He also listened to complaints I had about certain contacts I was using. He suggested a better option for me. It worked great! Kassidy K. helped me with ordering contacts. She greeted me with a friendly face and was very personable.
Shopko Optical offered outstanding service! Kassidy performed excellent and friendly customer service while I got my contacts exam. They processed my insurance and the contacts came quickly. The store location was convenient but the staff is what made it 5 star from helpful optician Kassidy, knowledgeable manager Rachel and especially the easy-going Dr Jepson.
This location for eye care is 10 out of 10! The staff is all very kind and professional and I absolutely love my glasses! Quality is great and if I ever have a need (which I have!) I call and make my request and the customer care goes above and beyond!
