My appointment with Shaylee was 10/10
The hot towels on the feet and the flow of the massage was great. Her quiet greeting in the waiting room and quick consultation in the massage room I observed was to keep the hallway quiet for the other guests services and that speaks to her professionalism in a spa environment.
My ONLY complaint is the noise in the hallway, talking, running, etc.. I’d recommend purchasing noise makers for outside each of the Esti and Massage rooms to help quiet the distractions and maybe a humidifier to add to the ambiance in the rooms to help add an additional noise and comfort. :)
My husband and I got pedicures from Rachel and Grace and they did a great job! They were also fun to talk to but let us take the lead with the conversation so it didn't feel like we had to talk the whole time. We'll definitely be back!
W-O-W! Such a wonderful experience. I was definitely a little nervous— first time at a salon instead of quick and cheap, in and out GreatClips type— and it was SO worth it!! It was definitely more of an intricate cut, but Kristen, my stylist, was wonderful in all ways.
Firstly, the atmosphere isn’t too crowded or overwhelming but not private to the point of uncomfortable. The prices are honest with no hidden fees or pressured add-ons. (Which might sound normal, but I found out some places don’t listen prices up front! 😵💫)
