The hot towels on the feet and the flow of the massage was great. Her quiet greeting in the waiting room and quick consultation in the massage room I observed was to keep the hallway quiet for the other guests services and that speaks to her professionalism in a spa environment.

My ONLY complaint is the noise in the hallway, talking, running, etc.. I’d recommend purchasing noise makers for outside each of the Esti and Massage rooms to help quiet the distractions and maybe a humidifier to add to the ambiance in the rooms to help add an additional noise and comfort. :)“
