All questions were answered and setting up an appointment for winterizing my evaporative cooler was easy. Shawn, their technician, was obviously experienced because he was quick and thorough. He was also a pleasure to meet as well. Above all else, Shawn gave us valuable information about our swamp cooler, boiler, and everything in between so when he suggested some other services, I knew it was genuine and not just an up-sell. I'm very glad that I found Gary Ricks Services and I plan on doing more business with them in the future! We had Shawn come back out for a spring service and he provide excellent service again. While he was here, he found a small leak in the water line that goes to our refrigerator and was able to fix it in the same appointment. He even scheduled a secondary appointment as a backup in case he would need to come back if the leak persisted. Wow! Great looking out, Shawn! 6/5 Stars!
