“I have always hated going to a traditional gym. Mountain West Pilates is nothing like that. This place is full of guided classes with strong feminine energy, good/kind feedback from instructors, and overall is a good atmosphere. It’s my opinion that the membership at this studio is well worth the time and money. I am 1 month in and can feel my body getting stronger everyday and can see little improvements in my physique here. I LOVE the Barre classes even though I have never been a dancer or anything, it’s really a great workout and challenges me in ways I’d never imagined. I do wish there were more Barre or similar classes in the early morning (6am-7am) as well as some classes around 3-4pm so I could go right after work. But for now I’ll look forward to my 2x week Pilates and 1x Barre classes.“
