Cannot recommend HOTWORX in Highland enough! The staff is so friendly and I love being able to workout whenever I need. They offer a free workout so you can try and it's been one of the best decisions I've made!

This is really fun so far. I love saunas. Working out and one is definitely something else! But it's not nearly as hot or overwhelming as I thought it would be. It's actually not that big of a deal. Other than you sweat like crazy. And your muscles are a little warmer. I give it a five star so far.

HOTWORX IS THE BOMB!!You can get a killer work out in very little time.30 mins and I burned about 368 cal I was sweating. It felt great!You can control the temperature of sauna, volume of the TV and the lights inside.
