“I am a life long martial artist. I wrestled in Jr. High and High school. I have trained and competed all over the world in amateur boxing, sport karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. “Lotus Blossom is amazing and so is Master Parnell. If you or your kids are interested in martial arts give them a try. His Haidong Gumdo class is beautiful to watch. Our son is a 2nd degree black belt in it and he has gained so much from being in the discipline. Master Parnell even lets people try the 1st class for free to see if they like it.“
