I started training at Absolute a little over three years ago and my son has been training at Absolute for the past couple of years. This is a fight gym and this is the place to go if you want to learn how to fight, defend yourself, and/or compete. With that said, Absolute is also a great place for beginners. “Lotus Blossom is amazing and so is Master Parnell. If you or your kids are interested in martial arts give them a try. His Haidong Gumdo class is beautiful to watch. Our son is a 2nd degree black belt in it and he has gained so much from being in the discipline. Master Parnell even lets people try the 1st class for free to see if they like it.“
