We absolutely love IMAA. My daughter has been going there for almost 3 years. Her confidence has soared, her self esteem has improved and her attitude/ learning to be respectful has been amazing. The teachers are so in tuned with what each student needs for their own personal growth. Also the studio is always so clean!

We moved to IMAA a little over a year ago and have loved it. Master Augustine is incredibly good with his younger students — whether they're a bit wild or a bit shy. It's actually pretty remarkable that we have someone as connected and talented as him right here in Saratoga Springs.The staff are also excellent and the facility is bright, airy, clean and well maintained. I'd strongly recommend IMAA to anyone looking to get a youngster into Taekwondo.The tipping point for me was when I learned about the structure and requirements for attending class and progressing. "My daughter was recently diagnosed with ADHD. I heard that Taekwondo was good for neurodivergent kids, especially in helping them focus. In our 8 months at IMAA, not only has my daughter gained better focus, but she also has more confidence and is truly learning accountability. She has more physical coordination, and she's learned how to set goals and achieve them! I would absolutly recommend this studio (and have) to anyone and everyone!"
