They take time and invest in the process to get you where you want to be. Can’t say enough about these guys, from the front desk to their student assistants. Jacob and his team are very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about you and his job. Can’t forget to mention Ally and Charles, though I think they both liked to torture me a little too much. Kinda want to hurt myself just so I can go back!!”

I’m feeling strength in places I haven’t had strength for a long time. It’s a slow process, but it is the intervention I definitely need at this time.<br><br>The pool is clean and warm. The equipment is clean and organized. The exercises they give me are very custom to my needs. Even more so than I’ve had in physical therapy in the past.<br><br>Being able to do this in the pool alleviates so much strain on my joints and muscles. The buoyancy and the pressure underwater works so well and bringing the difficulty level down, but still building muscle and strength.<br><br>I enjoy Raquel’s support so much!! I hope she works there for a very long time. I will be going there for a very long time and I’m so grateful.<br><br>Everyone I’ve come in contact with there is very kind. “I first came here due to right shoulder pain that become so bad I couldn’t lift my arm. I’d say I had 35% improvement after the first visit or two. Fast forward and they’ve helped me with my left knee and now we’re on my right knee (it’s been a crazy year).
