Bonni is great to work with! Compassionate and intuitive, could recommend her more! Life-changing.
Bonni is amazing. I sought her out for a lingering Diastasis Recti after two babies. I had done everything one could do for closing abdominal separation and worked with a few different PTs. I learned something from all of them but there was still a piece of the puzzle missing. Bonni knew it immediately and within 3-4 sessions the DRA has resolved and I can start the long road of re-finding my endurance athletic self! The interesting part is what was missing in my recovery. It was the emotional component. Somehow, that part gets totally overlooked in traditional western therapies. My second delivery was a very traumatic c-section experience and I developed some level of PTSD as a result. I had no idea that that could effect me physically. Working with Bonni I learned a lot about myself and how it impacts me physically. I had no idea what I was getting into really and now I have come out of it feeling really good in my own skin. It’s good to know there is someone out there who ‘gets it’ and truly listens to both what you *are* saying and what you *aren’t* saying. She has a sixth sense about things and it is fascinating. We need more Bonni’s out there! I have been referring my own patients to her, to help them get over that last obstacle in rehabilitation. I am so thankful for the work she did with me. It is truly beyond words!
Bonni is soooo gifted in her work!!!
