Jacob Holt and Charles have helped me so much in recovering from ACL and meniscus surgery. When I started PT I could barely walk and now after my rehab appts I have developed more strength, mobility, and confidence in using my knee again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They helped my husband rehab after he tore his ACL, and now I’ve been coming in for ankle issues & we’ve both had such a great experience.
I see Jacob, and he’s so attentive and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. He takes the time to listen and gives you just the right amount of encouragement and push to keep making progress. You can tell he really wants the best for you.
The whole team has been amazing, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Started coming after a car accident that myself and my daughter were in. Will and Aaron have been helping us in our recovery and have done an excellent job in not only helping us in our health journey, but in documentation for our lawsuit for the accident as well. Cannot recommend enough as they are professional, educated and most importantly friendly. I have already given their info out to multiple friends as a referral.
