I had mastectomy reconstruction repair on Tuesday and today I was feeling so gross and beaten down because I can't wash or style my hair. I called a couple of locations to see if they could wash and braid my hair and one location was full, one location was beyond rude, and then I called this location and they were absolute angels. Both stylists in the store were beyond kind and accommodating. The girl who washed and braided my hair, had to a secretly been an angel! I know my hair was disgusting and I know it was not easy to do especially with all my pumps and drains and me having to be so awkward but she treated me like I was not a burden and like she enjoyed helping...read full review
I give the five stars to Julie is so amazing and professional and Karen as well I hope I don’t see them go but anyway that was an amazing experience I would same name tags though just I. Cause people can’t hear
Karen is a combination of knowledge and consideration. Her knowledge of how to cut my difficult thinning hair with a sense of my concerns, helps me be comfortable while she balances those requirements.
