Changing my review to 4 due to the Amazing management.Just had the worst experience at a hair salon in my whole life of getting a haircut.I've gotten mine and my son's hair cuts at this location for at least 6 or so years and have Always had a Great experience. There's even two stylist here I love going to. But today it took a turn for the worst.Today I took my 15yo son in to get his and my haircut, him going first.When he was done it looked weird and it didn't look good.As I began trying to explain what I didn't like the young girl stylist I've never seen before started getting defensive and literally fighting with me about what I didn't like, including claiming my 15yo...read full review

Karen cuts my hair and does a great job. She is always kind and fun to talk with during the visit and has great product suggestions and styling hacks. I'm really happy. With the results.

I am so glad they allow online check in. I went on a busy Saturday afternoon (just before school started) and was able to check in nearly an hour before they were available. I showed up and waited for the person to finish getting a haircut in front of me, then it was my turn.I got a good haircut and when I asked her to check my sides she spent a few minutes going over them until they were much better.There was another gentleman receiving a haircut nearby and he was being a little picky about several things and the individual cutting his hair was polite and professional while giving him what he asked for.
