“1. Scheduled barber (I'm forced to pay and tip in advance to make the appt) texted me that he isn't feeling good and has to cancel appt. He asked if I wanted a refund?

2. Made an appt with a different barber. Paid in advance including tip. Arrived 15 min prior, but had to wait 45 min. while my scheduled barber took 2 walk-ins. Seriously poor business model. I'll never come back. And I'm sharing this experience with everyone I know.
