First visit to sport clips and I read some marginal reviews but decided to try it anyway since it was conveniently located to my errands today. I was greeted promptly and treated very well by Christa. She offered the MVP package as I was a new client. Awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed it and she did a wonderful job cutting my hair too. I go out to get a haircut once in a great while (I cut my own hair). So, I decided to treat myself today. Wow, was I disappointed visiting the Riverdale Sport Clips. I made an appointment online, but apparently, that doesn't matter there. Walk-ins just went ahead of me twice. I sat there waiting, being told that someone would be with me shortly. When the next person came and passed me up without checking in. I left. I will not be treated like that for a 50 dollar haircut. I went to the Clinton Sport Clips. They were great! Christa did an excellent job. I highly recommend this place.

I had a visit to the Clinton store Saturday the 15th. I have been going to this store for years and am very happy with the service I receive at all times.Getting back to that day, I think I found someone who went above and beyond in service, professionalism, and quality of hair styling I have seen in many years.Jessica was amazing, it was a busy day and the wait was long but she took her time to do a great job and make me feel like I was important to her business and herself.This kind of service has definitely sealed my loyalty to this lady for as long as I can find her.
