1. Scheduled barber (I'm forced to pay and tip in advance to make the appt) texted me that he isn't feeling good and has to cancel appt. He asked if I wanted a refund?
2. Made an appt with a different barber. Paid in advance including tip. Arrived 15 min prior, but had to wait 45 min. while my scheduled barber took 2 walk-ins. Seriously poor business model. I'll never come back. And I'm sharing this experience with everyone I know.
3. Dan is an artist behind the chair! Ivan & Dan are the two I can evaluate, and they both did an outstanding job the 2 times I got my haircut here.
I’ve been getting my cuts from Matt Santos for a couple years now, and he nails my fade every single time. The attention to detail is always on point, and I walk out feeling sharp. On top of that, the conversation is always easy, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable — never forced or awkward. Matt creates an atmosphere that makes you actually look forward to your appointment. If you’re looking for the best get on his schedule!
First time here today. Mr. Matt did not disappoint. With minimal instruction, he did a fine job on my hair and beard. The conversation was great as well. I choose and frequent barbershops based on the overall experience, not just the haircut I receive. I will definitely be going back. Keep up the good work.
