We had an urgent plumbing problem in Alpine when the toilets would not flush, and using the plunger pushed dirty water back into the shower drains. i called blake and left a message, and within about an hour he called back and said he would come by after wrapping up another plumbing job. He arrived even sooner than expected, checked the whole situation, and quickly found that a clog in the septic line was likely causing the backup. We opened the septic tank access, and after running the snake through the line, the blockage was cleared. Right away, the toilets started flushing again and the sinks were draining properly. Santiago was very friendly and got me scheduled with a plumber right away. Frank, the technician, was excellent. He knew his stuff and made me feel comfortable that he could track down the source of the plumbing problem and fix it. I definitely recommend the sewer camera inspection if it is offered. It was really helpful to see inside the pipes and have the plumber explain what looked good, where the blockage was, and what was causing the issue. They handled a bathroom drain clog on Friday, left the area very clean, and then Blake came back Monday morning to complete the repair that solved the problem.
