Otterwise was a great experience, top to bottom. They have reasonable prices, are prompt, communicated well and were able to help me navigate an HOA hurdle. I would recommend their services to everyone.
If you want an outstanding - extraordinary plumber this is THE BUSINESS. We rate Tom a10 for excellent service. The shower faucet broke and we had to shut the water off. They fit us in and Tom arrived at 5 pm - he explained the problem and left to get the new faucet, After working for hours he explained that he could not make the fittings work. He gave us choices on how to proceed. It was getting late so we chose to cap the faucet so we could turn on the water. It turned out that it was not a simple fix. Finally Tom was able to get the water back on. He left at 11PM!!!!! Who stays that long?? He returned the next morning and fixed the faucet and pipe. He quoted us a price...read full review
Carter is an absolute treasure! We had been told by a different company that our sink would need to be replaced along with our disposal, but Carter thoroughly inspected everything and found the problem was just the disposal, which saved us a ton of money! He also noticed a couple of pipes that were badly corroded. I had him go through the house with a fine-toothed comb and he pointed out things that would need to be taken care of eventually, as well as things that should be done right away. With all the money we saved by not replacing our sink, we were able to have the more problematic items taken care of. and we were still well within our budget.
