Stevens Plumbing was contacted by my contractor to fix a drain issue in the bathroom. They were able to locate the problem and provide venting. However, I re-contacted my contractor to say it stopped working again. The contractor made another call to the company and placed an emergency call for the next morning.

Very professional! Called on Monday afternoon and the guys were here Tuesday morning. We were called ahead of time to verify the time would good for us. Will definitely be calling them for any future issues.

I usually find hiring a plumber nerve-wracking, but I love Steven's Plumbing. Allan is such a nice, knowledgeable, efficient, gentle, fair and easy guy to work with. He always knows the problem, and performs the work perfectly. I've used him many times, and trust his work. Not an ounce of runaround. I dont feel that way about everyone. I always let him know if it's not an emergency, but he's usually out quickly anyhow, despite being so busy. He will prioritize emergencies first though, so you are in good hands.
