Total Image Salon is the first place where I feel truly understood. I’ve had trouble at other salons because of communication gaps — I like my nails rounded, but they’d always square them off, and it was hard to explain what I wanted. She listens, she understands, and she gets it right every time.
Her haircuts are wonderful, her nail work is top‑notch, and she can even do custom colors beautifully. The salon is private and relaxing, and she treats you with genuine kindness. I have two amputated toes, and she has never made me feel strange or embarrassed. That alone means more than I can say. I highly recommend her.
Very professional! Called on Monday afternoon and the guys were here Tuesday morning. We were called ahead of time to verify the time would good for us. Will definitely be calling them for any future issues.

Good environment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mitchell greets everyone and acknowledges everybody that comes in. Would be great if it was a 24 hour gym and if they played music to get that gym feeling.
I am so glad we have a gym like this in our area. There’s a wide variety of equipment and with the upgrades they continue to do as time goes on, it only gets better!
