Well where do I start with Ms.Carol. The day my daughter and I went in to see Dr. Annie to get our eyes examined is a day we met Carol. She was so welcoming as we walked into the Vision Center. She is definitely so happy and ready to help you to make your experience great. After we saw Dr. Annie we went and saw Carol she helped us and give us the options we had to choose our frames. We've been in and out of the vision center in Wylie quite a few times now and every time we go in there is Carol with a smile. She is definitely the best she is a sweetheart and very patient with us. My frames were broken and crooked when I would put them to my face. I took them to the Vision Center to see if they could fix them for cheap and I was helped by Ms. Yasmin. She was super sweet and helpful and she even gave me a disclaimer about damage to the glasses. She fixed them in probably like 5 minutes and my glasses look great, just like new! Amazing experience :)
I highly recommend Yasmin at Wylie Walmart Vision center. The tiny screw on my glasses came off which seemed near impossible to screw back but Yasmin was super patient and professional while fixing. Thanks to her I can see again 🤓
