Nami at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly smart and knowledgeable, always knowing exactly what she’s doing. My whole family loves coming here because of her warm and welcoming nature. The doctors are also fantastic they’re caring, professional, and take great care of us. But what really sets Nami apart is that she goes above and beyond . She’s always willing to lend a hand and pretty much does everything to ensure our experience is seamless.

Both Dr. Tanvir and Osama are very experienced and professional doctors. Their diagnosis and treatment plan is on point . Also, we NEVER had any issues with the front desk, in fact, I found them to be very responsive and helpful. We are very lucky that we have the Mercy Medical team catering for our medical needs.
