Overall, the staff was courteous and professional. However, I would like to suggest improving the scheduling process. Please schedule appointments only when there are available time slots. Waiting for more than an hour after a scheduled appointment is frustrating and inconvenient for patients. Better scheduling would help improve the overall patient experience and reduce unnecessary wait times.

Nami at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly smart and knowledgeable, always knowing exactly what she’s doing. My whole family loves coming here because of her warm and welcoming nature. The doctors are also fantastic they’re caring, professional, and take great care of us. But what really sets Nami apart is that she goes above and beyond . She’s always willing to lend a hand and pretty much does everything to ensure our experience is seamless.
