I do love the quality of the service I have nothing to say about that but I did not have a good experience this last time I went, one of your technicians was being a little a rude to me, apparently I wasn't able to relax my hands which I wasn't even aware of it, she kept asking me to relax my hand which I did, but she kept making snarky comments and just being somehow rude and disrespectful to me, I felt really uncomfortable and I just wanted to get up and leave. She also hurt my fingers with her sanding tools couple of times too. I did leave a good tip to show her some class but she needs to learn some customer service skills. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and the employees are always very kind. Color selection is good, and so is the customer service other than their definition of “appointment”. I had an appointment at 12 with my go to nail tech, and I was asked to wait 30 minutes because someone came in before me.

Love this place - only complaint is there are 3 TVs and for some reason they always have sports on. Most women want to watch the food channel, HGTV or something other than sports. I used to request to have the channel changed but stopped doing it after a few times bc they don't seem to notice or care.
