Total transformation of our pool! My wife and I researched quite a bit before we made our choice- and I am glad we chose Ryan. The communication and attention to detail are second to none! Ryan has to be the best contractor I’ve ever hired. From the start, he was punctual and communicative. We weren’t really sure how to approach resurfacing our pool, but Ryan guided us through every step of the process with absolute professionalism and kindness. There was no pushy salesmanship or anything of that nature. He even steered us away from a more expensive tile because he could tell it wouldn’t give us the effect we were describing. Something that stood out about Ryan was his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our finished product. He encouraged us to inspect the work during construction each day, and to speak up throughout the process if we wanted something fixed or done differently. When we did speak up about one arrangement of trim tiles that had already been laid, he made us feel completely comfortable. He immediately made the change that we were looking for, then followed up again to make sure it was perfect. To be honest, I’m a little late writing this review. It’s been about 9 months since our pool project was complete. However, he stopped by this week to follow up and make sure everything was still up to par for us! I even noticed he cleaned out our baskets for us while he was here. I mean, who does that??? He goes above and beyond every step of the way. Obviously, the pool is absolutely stunning. It blew our expectations out of the water. But the real standout is this business owner’s character. Hire a veteran. Hire Ryan.
I would highly recommend using this company when remodeling your pool. Ryan was always on top of things and attentive to details during the process. When he says something he truly means it and that meant a lot during the process. Our pool looks great and we are enjoying it! Ryan is very straightforward and that helps with the process of things. He also communicates great with you from the initial meeting to the very end. We are very happy and will definitely use again whenever needed!
