We have been using Sparkling Homes for almost two years In the very early days, I received a text from Angela regarding her team broke one of our cookie jars. This is the first time someone who cleaned our house ever reached out to let me know. This was NOT something her team did, it was already broke. I had it perfectly leaned up against the wall, so when they moved to clean the top fell off. I share this to give an example of how honest they are.

It first started with the amazing receptionist she was truly uplifting and helped me out tremendously! When I arrived she was the sweetest and most patient person! Now as nervous as I was my test examiner was amazing, she was calm, friendly and a beautiful soil! I recommend them over and over!

Williams Electric did a fantastic job for us! From the first call to the finished work, they were professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. The electrician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. Pricing was fair for the quality of service, and they treated our home with respect. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using Williams Electric again for any future electrical needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the Waco area.

Joe and his crew are very knowledgeable. Showed up on time all 3 days and did excellent prep work and did a excellent job on my shop with closed cell spray foam and painting. Cleaned up well and left me happy with a good product. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get an area insulated.

Working with Mrs. Beth made this project a breeze. There were some issues with communication from the transportation side that caused a longer delay in receiving our order than expected. This issue had to be escalated to corporate to get resolved and get the materials delivered. The team at this location are friendly and helpful. A photo of my installation progress for reference.

Josh Redding and the SRT team have been amazing to work with throughout the ordeal of having a leaking whirlpool tub, a week of mold remediation and then a four-week rebuild and renovation of our master bathroom. Josh coordinated the entire process and made a very stressful experience go easily and smoothly. SRT was transparent with all of the details & costs, worked well with the insurance co., and worked tirelessly with us every step of the way to help properly repair and then rebuild our dream bathroom. We had to completely renovate the shower area & glass, and replace the old whirlpool tub with a freestanding stone resin tub. The tile work is impeccable. New plumbing was planned for the most efficient use of space. They sealed and textured over the 23 year old wallpaper to paint a beautiful greige color. They also painted all of our existing cabinets and repaired any bent hinges to make everything in the bathroom feel like new. It’s a classic and updated design that I’m sure couldn’t have been achieved without SRT’s wonderful workmanship, experience, industry expertise and attention to our needs.
James came out personally and did our roof. With his crew. He did a fantastic job, no trash no trouble no nails and the work was quick/ clean and very well priced. He made the whole experience of replacing the entire roof pain free.

Donny and the crew at Me Time Nails are awesome. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing. They have added complimentary drinks and even offer 3 types of water including coconut water and Topo Chico. The expertise and time spent on each nail service is impressive. I won’t go anywhere else!

Marcia, April, Katelyn, Debra and Sophie, I adored all of these employees. Originally, when I called to introduce myself to let them know that I was coming, to how I was treated in person. The hotel is clean, room was big, everything worked, including the Wi-Fi.

Elite Paws is just that…ELITE! We are so impressed with the professionalism, rapport and quality! I highly recommend Elite Paws and Ashley. Our dogs love her! The grooming, communication and services are excellent.
