I my job requires me to travel and i stay at this location 2 to 3 times a week. I must say that in the 3 yeaes the service has remained at the high standard. Especially Marcia at the front. She will has always asked me how was my and if there is anything that they can improve at their location. That service and genuine concern is hard to find. Nice place, clean rooms, decent complimentary breakfast, more than enough parking place, easy access from state highway, but room cost is little more pricey than surrounding hotels in Woodway area, probably due to brand name, 24/7 complimentary coffee is there, but not tasty, front desk person is nice.Rooms: Clean and decent rooms, with smart TVNearby activities: Near by : 2 main Hospitals ( Baylor Scott and White, Hillcrest ).Food & drinks: Decent complimentary hot breakfast.

I love how large and comfortable the one bedroom 2 room suite was. The unfortunate was that it had a full kitchen but missing dish towels and soap and the cleanliness wasn't the best, the phone was sticky and the carpet in the living area was coming up and the fridge was missing shelves. I also requested a late check out during my booking and I was told that there was no notification on this and could not accommodate. The indoor pool was fun for my son and breakfast had plenty of options but there was an incident with the coffee that had people waiting and their decaf tasted like water.Rooms: I have stayed in the one bedroom suite and the one bedroom two room suite both...read full review
