About SpringHill Suites by Marriott Waco Woodway
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Waco Woodway offers a comfortable stay with attentive service, especially at the front desk. The rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and smell pleasant, with guests noting the presence of a fridge and coffee maker. The hotel provides a good complimentary breakfast, along with 24/7 coffee and ample parking. Its convenient location makes it easy to access from the state highway and is near two main hospitals. While some guests mentioned minor issues such as noise from other guests and a small workout room, the overall experience is positive. The indoor pool is a fun feature, although some found the smell of Clorox to be strong. The staff, including employees like Marcia, April, Katelyn, and Sophie, are praised for being friendly, accommodating, and eager to help. The lobby is very clean, though the fish tank could use a little cleaning. Overall, the hotel provides a good, comfortable stay with plenty of options for guests.
Reviews
Beds were so comfortable, and room was lovely. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast server, Debra, provided a delicious, hot breakfast, with everything freshly made and of exceptional quality. The breakfast goes until 10, which we appreciated as we were weary and needed to sleep in. Marriott properties are consistent in every way and this one is in a nice location, convenient to Waco but not in the fray, in the Woodway/Hewitt area. Recommend highly and will stay here again when we are in the area.
Wow- we actually walked out of a Hampton hotel (South Waco)last night for our first time ever. I've never smelled such a horrid moldy smell and seen such filth in a hotel. We ended up here. Squeaky clean rooms, great service and honestly the best breakfast we've had so far in our week-long drive of Hiltons and Marriots. Tons of choices for breakfast including real bacon, 2 different kinds of waffles, three different kinds of freah fruit and oatmeal with more than 8 different toppings to add. And and it was quiet! So thankful!!
