The staff, including Kristina at the front desk, Ashley, and Kerry, are described as a joy, fun, kind, and easy to work with. Patients feel secure and happy with their decision to receive care there. Dr. Knight is an amazing doctor who provides old-fashioned, personalized consultations, treating patients as individuals rather than numbers. He is praised for setting a high standard for the medical industry. The practice, which has a convenient location in Dripping Springs, has loyal patients who have been seeing David Knight for many years. He is known for being down-to-earth, taking the time to listen to concerns, and coming up with care plans to improve his patients' health. Highly recommended.
I've been coming to this small doctor's office for a while and never really felt welcomed by the front desk. That changed the moment Tracy, the new front desk staff member, greeted me with a smile and genuine kindness. She truly made a lasting impression.
Dave is the absolute best! He really takes his time with my wife and I during each visit to understand what we need. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!
I switched from ARC to Wiseman Family Practice over two years ago seeking more personalized care. Now living in Kyle (moved 2024), I see Kerry Ramon at the Wimberley location (previously used Southwest Austin Wiseman location). Kerry is outstanding – she truly listens and efficiently handles test requests (bloodwork, scans via ARA/Quest), with results posted promptly to the online portal. I value the flexible appointment options (in-person/virtual), the practice's integrative approach, and being able to purchase supplements online or in person. I am very happy with Kerry's service and will remain her patient.
