“I can’t thank Christine who answered the phone at A Caring Heart Veterinary Hospital enough. We found a baby kitten with its eyes literally glued shut from pus, and it also had discharge coming from its nose it couldn’t even see. I called four or five different clinics, and every single one told me I’d have to wait a week. That made no sense to me a week could’ve meant the kitten losing its vision or even its life.

But when I called here, she actually cared. I asked if there was anything she could do, and she got us in the same day. That kind of compassion is rare. She didn’t treat us like just another call she listened, and she acted. Because of her, that kitten had a real chance. “I had just moved to Wichita Falls and needed a vet ASAP. My Chihuahua was very sick. VCA Callfield, was just around the corner from my new house. I called them and they told to bring her right in. From the moment we got there the staff was very nice and supportive. The Dr's are very knowledgeable and caring. We all had a ruff week, but in the end she is doing amazing and is bouncing around and playing like she is still a puppy and not a senior. I feel that if it weren't for the extra steps they were willing to do for my pup, she would not be here with me today. I am very thankful for them and will take all my animals to them.
